Egyptian coach of Ahly football team Hossam Al Badry stressed the importance of the coming match his team will perform against Moroccan Wydad Casablanca scheduled to be held on early Wednesday in the framework of the CAF Champions League.
He added, in a statement to “Arabs Today”, that the team insists to win all the coming matches in the current group stage to ensure qualification for the coming round. He underlined the role of fans, demanding them to attend to the stadium to achieve win during the match which is considered one of the deciding matches in the championship.
He stressed that Ahly’s ambitions are known for all fans and competitors, saying that they always play to win the championships whether on local or continental level. He expressed his desire to use the coming match against Zanaco to deliver a clear message to the other teams that Ahly insists to win CAF Champions League this season.
He stressed that his players enjoy the suitable experience to win CAF Champions League this season, saying that it is important for the team to win the first match in the group stage to take a step towards qualification for the coming round. He stressed that the competition will be difficult, while the players realize the responsibility on their shoulders, expressing his confidence that the players will meet the fans’ expectations.
The coach of the Egyptian team expressed his pleasure for the attendance of fans during the coming match, saying that he hopes that the fans will be allowed to attend the local matches of the Egyptian Premier League in the near future.
