Egypt coach Bob Bradley
Cairo - Mahmoud Al Rifai

Egypt coach Bob Bradley Cairo - Mahmoud Al Rifai The American coach of the Egyptian national football team, Bob Bradley, has told Arabstoday that the players are focused on qualification for next year's FIFA World Cup in Brazil.  Bradley disclosed that training camp for their next three matches, including two qualifiers, would begin on June 1. The Pharaoh's play Botswana in a friendly match on June 4 in Cairo, followed by two World Cup qualifiers away from home against Zimbabwe, on June 9, and Mozambique on June 16. Bradley said that although some his key players are missing through injury, he believes the squad is strong enough to secure three victories and proceed to the second round of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) qualification campaign. Egypt's national team is currently five points ahead of Guinea and seven clear of third-placed Mozambique with three matches remaining. Bradley argued that a a top-of-the-table finish would also benefit Egypt's FIFA ranking in the long term. He called on Egyptians to support him and the team  as they look to secure World Cup qualification for the first time since 1990. Egypt will be missing some key players for their next three games, with striker Mohamed Nagy Gedo, Ismaily midfielder Hosni Abd-Rabou and Ahly young defender Rami Rabiea, all sidelined due to injury.
