Three people were missing on Monday in the Turkish Mediterranean province of Antalya which was hit by floods after heavy rains, the semi-official Anatolia news agency reported. The three were found missing in Haskiziloren village in Serik district of Antalya province where a few bridges collapsed and phone connections were cut off in some villages because of the floods, the report said. Deputy governor of Antalya Turan Eren said access to the region has been blocked. Western and southern Turkey were hit by strong winds and heavy rains since Saturday. Schools in Antalya were closed on Monday due to the weather condition.
