At least six people were killed and 34 others injured in two road accidents in Qena and South Sinai, the Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday.
Qena's accident took place when a mini van overturned on the western desert road, leaving six people dead and eight others wounded, Spokesman for the Ministry of Health Khaled Mogahed said.
The deceased were moved to Qena's public hospital, while the injured were rushed to Qena University hospital by 12 ambulances.
The second accident occurred when a bus overturned on Sharm el Sheikh road, leaving 26 people injured, the spokesman added.
