At least 60 civilians were killed in airstrikes conducted over the past three days against Daesh-held areas in the Syrian city of Raqqa, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) asserted.
Some 21 children were killed in the sorties, carried out by the US-led coalition, on Daesh-controlled areas in Raqqa city; Sky News channel quoted the London-based SOHR as saying on Thursday.
Also, the Syrian regime warplanes are targeting areas, which the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are trying to reach, the Syrian monitoring group added.
