Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit will meet on Monday with UN Envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed ahead of a consultative meeting of the AL council on Yemen.
In statements on Sunday, Spokesman for Arab League secretary general Mahmoud Afifi said the meeting will take up the latest developments in Yemen and ongoing contacts conducted by the envoy with the parties concerned.
