A man who died in a motorcycle crash in Perth and Kinross last week has been named by police.David Murray, 66, who was from Carnoustie, was involved in a collision with a car on the A94 at Meigle on Friday.The driver of the car and two passengers were seriously injured. The two passengers remain in hospital in Dundee.Mr Murray's family have paid tribute to him.In a statement, they said he was a well known local haulier and businessman who was very active in the local community and a devoted family man.A spokesman for Tayside Police said the inquiries into the crash were continuing and they appealed for any witnesses.He added: "In particular, officers are keen to trace the driver of a silver coloured motor car travelling west on the A94 who may have seen the motorcycle shortly before the collision."
