Britain sends its diplomatic mission to Tripoli

British Foreign Office announced that Britain sent yesterday its diplomatic mission to Tripoli to restore its diplomatic representation in Libya after the closure of the British Embassy on February 26 following the outbreak of the revolution in Libya. Agence France-Presse "AFP" quoted a statement issued by the British Foreign Office as saying, "A diplomatic team led by British Special Representative Dominic Asquith arrived in Tripoli yesterday aboard a British Royal Air Force aircraft".
