Greece will name its new Prime Minister and Cabinet by the end of the day after talks between outgoing Prime Minister George Papandreou and conservative opposition leader Antonis Samaras, a government spokesman said. "We will have the composition of the new government by tomorrow and, if all goes well, we hope to have it sworn in by the end of the week," spokesman Elias Mossialos told reporters. A historic power-sharing deal was reached on Sunday after Papandreou agreed to step down, removing a key stumbling block. The new government is scheduled to be sworn in by the end of the week. It will aim at securing a fresh EUR130 billion European-led bailout for the country, ensure Greece receives a next tranche of aid from a previous bailout, and then lead the country to early elections.
