Houthi militias have called on supporters to take to streets of Sana Thursday to prevent loyalists of former Yemeni president Ali Abdullah Saleh from celebrating the 35th anniversary of establishing the General People's Congress.
Armed confrontations are likely to take place between the two sides if Saleh supporters managed to get access to the Yemeni capital to attend the celebration, Sky news channel quoted Yemeni sources as saying on Friday.
