Merchants in Juarez, Mexico, said they will keep demonstrating against the arbitrary seizure of their U.S. goods by Mexican customs agents. The group staged a more than three-hour protest Monday blocking some of the lanes at the Bridge of the Americas, the El Paso (Texas) Times reported. The bridge crossing the Rio Grande connects El Paso in Texas with Mexico's Cuidad Juarez.A spokesman for the demonstrators said the merchandise they buy in the United States enters the country legally under the personal franchise authorized by Mexican customs."We talked to the deputy administrator and he said he did not have the power to solve our (situation)," said Salvador Parra Mora of the Tourism Transportation Federation that represents the demonstrators."Due to the response we obtained, we are going to reorganize ourselves and on Wednesday at 7 a.m., we will go to the Department of Economy," Parra Mora said.
