Arab Media Forum Dubai - Jamal Al Majaida The eleventh session of Arab Media Forum started Tuesday in Dubai and will last for two days, attended by over 2000 representatives of international and Arab media organisations. The Dubai Press Club has organised the forum for this year under the slogan "Arab media transformation" at the Grand Hyatt Dubai hotel in the presence of 350 attendees from outside the UAE. The agenda of the forum includes the latest developments in Arab media as well as meetings and workshops with about 70 media experts from different backgrounds. Names of the winners of the eleventh session of the "Arab Journalism Award" will be announced on Wednesday, after the debates and meetings of the forum. The Arab Media Forum is a vital platform which allows its participants to take a part in a constructive dialogue on key themes in contemporary media and concerns of the profession, especially those that have a direct impact on individuals and media institutions whether in terms of operations or impact on Arab media and society in general. The club had announced the details of the programme of the eleventh session in local, regional and international media and on its website.
