Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, the Special Envoy of the UN Secretary-General for Yemen, said Monday a three-day ceasefire in the country will be effective as of Thursday mid-night.
According to Sky News Arabia, the envoy said the ceasefire meant that the warring parties would allow a free access of humanitarian aid and staffers to all areas in need.
