The singer is buying up a $10.8million property in the Hollywood Hills to set up a lovenest for himself and girlfriend Selena Gomez. The house boasts five bedrooms, a private movie theatre, a large culinary gourmet kitchen, massage room, bar area, gym and of course a huge living room surrounded by glass walls. But the “Baby” singer will have to wait a hot minute though, as the property is currently occupied by “Two And A Half Men” star, Ashton Kutcher, who has been renting the mansion for $50,000 a month since his break up with Demi Moore last year.
