Fashion designer and plastic artist, Asma Mashaal revealed her new collection for the summer of 2017, focusing on soft colors.
She said in a statement to “Arab Today” that, she likes to base her designs on particular thought and this time she thought of designing clothes for a girl sitting on the beach during summer gaining positive energy and optimism from the sea. She focused on flowers, mixed colors together and designed a sleeveless dress, embroidered with an image of a lady looking at the sea for all ages and satisfying all tastes and veiled women can also wear it. The dress is found in light blue, dark blue, turquoise and white color. She also designed very practical denim dress decorated with a group of flowers, mixing several colors together in an attractive way and didn’t use red color to paint the flowers.
Although using pieces of different clothes of different colors together is a world trend, Asma presented it in a different way, as she combined a printed piece of cloth with some other different pieces that go with the original piece and drew a group of drawings using bright colors, and from this method, she designed a skirt that is suitable for summer.
She also designed a white tonic, added flowers drawings on the front edges. She also designed an evening black dress with a simple engraving of a red flower, and another one with white flower in the bottom to show the curvy edges of women bodies. She also designed a unique sleeveless dress and drew a group of different ladies of different ages on it to reflect the Egyptian heritage and family life in a bright way.
