Rihanna New York - Arabstoday Rihanna lost her Caribbean curves due to her recent weight loss, which has continued despite the fact she's no longer dieting. The 23-year-old admitted to Ryan Seacrest's show on Kiis FM in the States, that she shed some pounds at the start of the year by adhering, the “Five Factor Diet”. And although she stopped the diet plan, she is still losing weight. She told the radio host: “The Five Factor Diet has gone straight out the window ever since I went on tour. I mean, it's difficult to have any kind of routine when your schedule is that crazy. So I really have no idea how I'm continuously losing weight. It's actually pretty annoying, because now I don't have a butt, and I have no boobs. I already had no boobs to start with. So annoying! and I'm eating everything!” The diet is the brainchild of personal trainer Harley Pasternak who created a simple nutrition plan based on “fives”. It's based on five meals per day, five days a week of exercise made up of five phases each five minutes long. Even each meal has five specific criteria and there are five cheat days allowed in five weeks.
