Victoria Beckham in a pair of her new spectacles London - Arabstoday Victoria Beckham has launched her new glasses line and she's modeling it herself. The stylish Spice Girls star and designer took to Twitter to announce the new accessories, posting a photo of herself wearing a pair of her new spectacles. "I do need to wear glasses (but) I haven't found glasses that suit me or that I particularly like. I've always been quite self-conscious (about this), so that's why I've decided to do them myself. I will be wearing my glasses now, and it will be nice to see where I will be going for once.” The designer revealed. The optical line follows her sunglasses line, with each style in the six-piece collection to be offered in three colors. The frames will be handcrafted in Italy and will retail for about $410, and include a unisex pair called "Heavy Square" that Beckham and her husband reportedly both wear. The designs will include both chunkier shapes, metal-framed aviators and more feminine styles in a palette of tortoiseshell, jewel tones, yellow and forest green. The specs will be available in January.
