Saudi Arabia congratulates Iraq on victories in Tal Afar

An official source at the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the Kingdom congratulates the Government and people of Iraq on the liberation of Tal Afar from Daesh terror group, the Saudi press agency reported Sunday.
The source reaffirms the Kingdom's stand with Iraq in all its capacities to combat and eradicate terrorism and extremism.
