Afghan President Ashraf Ghani condemned Friday the terrorist attack on a Shitte mosque in the Afghan capital Kabul.
Ghani called on all Islamic clerics around the world to condemn terrorism, ABC News reported.
He explained that terrorists attack places of worships because they suffer from defeat on the battle ground, vowing that his country will remain united against such attacks in order to defeat terrorism.
The Afghan police said earlier that the attack on the mosque which lasted for hours has ended, adding that all four assailants were killed.
Terrorist Daesh group has claimed its responsibility for the attack.
