His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today sent a cable of condolences to HM King Felipe VI of Spain over the victims of the Barcelona van attack which left dozens killed or wounded.
HM the King offered deepest condolences to King Felipe VI, as well as to the families of the victims and the friendly Spanish people, reiterating Bahrain’s firm stance against such terrorist crimes.
HM the King also expressed the Kingdom’s solidarity with Spain and its backing of all measures it takes to confront such evil acts and safeguard its security and stability, wishing the injured quick recovery.
His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa sent a similar condolences cable to HM King Felipe VI, and another to his Spanish counterpart, Mariano Rajoy.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, sent a similar cable of condolences to HM King Felipe VI.
