The Takfiri Fatwa observatory of Dar Al Ifta condemned on Tuesday the killing of a seven-year child at the hands of terrorist group Daesh in Riqqah, Syria, under pretext of insulting ِAllah.

In a statement, the observatory described the crime as a brutal act in violation the Prophet Muhammed saying that children and mentally disabled persons must not be punished.

The statement said the crime is a series of the crimes committed by the group against innocent people.

The terrorist group executed child Moaz al Hassan in a public square in the presence of the city residents including the child's parents.
