He visited the mourning majlises in Dibba al-Hisn in Sharjah, al-Warqa area in Dubai and Wadi al-Qawr in Ras al-Khaimah, where he expressed sincere sympathies to the martyrs' families and prayed to Allah Almighty to bless their souls with mercy in eternal Paradise and grant their families patience and solace.
UAE Armed Forces servicemen Soliman and Al Dhohouri died while performing their national duty as part of Operation Restoring Hope in Yemen. Ambassador Al Kaabi died of injuries sustained in a terrorist attack in Kandahar, Afghanistan, in January, while performing a humanitarian mission to help orphans and homeless people in the country.
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan stressed his pride in the martyrs' dedication to national and humanitarian duties and defence of rights and victims of oppression and disasters, including children, women and elderly people.
He described the martyrs as "a cure to people's wounds" and noted that God loves them all.
Martyrs are a source of national pride, a bright chapter in the nation's history and represent all the noble patriotic, humanitarian, Arab and Islamic values that they were raised on, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed said.
