France has condemned the two terrorist attacks, which occurred in the North Sinai city of Arish and the Haram district of Giza in Egypt.
Spokesman for the French Foreign Ministry Roman Nadal condemned the two blasts and offered his country’s condolences to families of the victims.
Nadal reiterated France’s solidarity and support for Egypt in its war against terrorism.
On Wednesday, five policemen were killed and three others injured when unknown armed elements opened fire at a police unit in charge of securing Atalawi Square in North Sinai city of Arish.
On Thursday, six people, including three policemen, were killed and 13 others wounded when an explosive device went off during a manhunt operation that targeted a terrorist hideout in Giza governorate.
