President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Saturday received a phone call from UK Prime Minister Theresa May who condoled with him over Friday's terrorist attack on Rawda mosque in North Sinai, which left 305 killed and 128 injured.
In the phone call, May strongly slammed the attack, stressing the support of the British government and people for Egypt in its fight against terrorism.
Presidential Spokesman Ambassador Bassam Radi said that President Sisi fully appreciated May's call, affirming the necessity of rallying the international efforts to counter terrorism.
