The Zimbabwean President and the head of the former session of the African Union (AU) Robert Mugabe strongly condemned the United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, US President Barack Obama and the west.
This remark came as part of the speech delivered by Mugabe during the opening session of the 26th AU Summit held here on Saturday.
Mugabe said that the UN chief talks about the human rights and the rights of people to determine its destiny, highlighting the violations of the human rights practised by the Israeli forces against the Palestinians.
He further underlined that the UN official does nothing to protect the rights of the Palestinians.
Mugabe slammed also the US, noting that the headquarters of the UN should not be in that country where the black migrants are maltreated by the US white citizens.
He criticized the US president Barack Obama for doing nothing on that regard.
Mugabe reiterated that while Obama is defending human rights, the US black nationals suffer from poverty and are deprived of the basic rights.
He underscored also that the west work on changing the regime in the African countries under the pretext of achieving freedom of expression and democracy.
Mugabe stressed on the importance of combating terrorism in the African countries.
