Palestinian Foreign Ministry mourned on Monday Riham al Dawabsheh, the mother of the Palestinian toddler who was burned to death in an arson attack on July by a number of Israeli settlers on their house.
The ministry blamed the Israeli cabinet, under Benjamin Netanyahu, for this heinous crime that claimed the lives of a whole family, adding that Ahmed Dawabsheh, the older son, 4 years, is still receiving treatment at hospital.
Ahmed lost all his family members in that accident, it noted.
In a statement issued on Monday, the ministry said that 40 days have passed without declaring the outcome of the investigations that should have been carried out by the Israeli police, adding that this is an intended procrastination.
The Israeli settlers, who attack and burn the Palestinians as well as their properties, are protected by the Israeli authorities, the ministry underscored.
This file will be submitted to the International Criminal Court (ICC), the statement read, noting that President Mahmoud Abbas gives a great priority to that crime.
It urged the international community and the institutions affiliated to the United Nations (UN) to track down the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
