The United Arab Emirates, UAE, has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on a security outpost of the Saudi Royal Guard in the Province of Jeddah yesterday. Two security men were killed and scores were injured in the attack.
In a statement today,the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation expressed the UAE's solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the fight against terrorism, and voiced its full support to all measures and actions it may take to protect its security and stability.
The statement reiterated the UAE's unequivocal stance that rejects violence, extremism and terrorism and called on the international community to unite and rally its efforts to put an end to this serious scourge.
The ministry extended the condolences of the UAE to the families of the victims, wishing speedy recovery for the injured.
