The Capital Club wants its rolodex in 3D. Dubai’s premier private City Club, a member of the ENSHAA group of companies, recently launched Happometer, a cloud platform for optimizing Member happiness on-the-spot, and facilitating delivery of best-in-class services and experience.
Signature Clubs International, the operator and manager of the Capital Club brand, first launched the new technology in its Dubai Club before rolling it out to its Clubs in Bahrain and Nairobi.
Being among the world’s most exclusive clubs, with hundreds of highly accomplished Members at each location, The Capital Club constantly refines its methods of connecting with its Members, while engaging staff at the heart of delivering club services.
Emma Cullen, General Manager of Capital Club Dubai commented: “Happometer provides us with the tools to get a quick pulse of what Members and employees are thinking and feeling about the Club experience. Listening is absolutely critical in the private club business and Happometer allows us to do this in a modern and effective way, without relying on sticky Post-It notes.”
“You don’t have to be a whiz-kid to pull it off. Active listening is key to success; put it in the ignition and fire up,” commented Imad Atalla, CEO of Happometer Corporation, a software firm based in Boston. “Our integrative model of active listening has great synergy with SCI’s own approach, because Capital Club executives pay special attention to Member as well as staff happiness. Rather than being a mere calculator of rating scores and KPIs, Happometer offers an easy conduit to story telling every time feedback, feelings, and ideas are shared with Capital Club managers in the form of great stories.”
