Iraq, Malaysia sign memorandum

In the presence of Iraqi ambassador to Malaysia Amal Moussa Hussein , the Iraqi Ministries of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Planning Signed a memorandum of understanding with the International Islamic University of Malaysia to enhance mutual cooperation in higher education, training and planning between the two countries, a statement by Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Monday.
