Only US, UK and Canada are ahead of UAE in survey Dubai - Arabstoday United Arab Emirates is the fourth most attractive place to study in the world, a student survey had revealed. This research carried out by Dubai International Academic City (DIAC), in conjunction with leading consultancy firm Deloitte, places UAE behind the US, UK and Canada. The survey of more than 2400 students and a cross section of companies puts UAE ahead of emerging market economies such as China, Singapore and Australia. "The study will be hugely helpful to students and universities already based in the UAE and those considering opening up a campus here, as well as potential employers," said Dr Ayoub Kazim, Managing Director of TECOM Investments’ Education Cluster. The findings of the report have been released at Going Global 2013 conference - an annual event hosted by the British Council, which offers an open forum for global leaders of international education to discuss issues facing the international education community.
