Anderlecht extended their lead at the top of the Belgian Jupiler Pro League to six points today after thrashing Lierse 4-0. Goals from Milan Jovanovic, Guillaume Gillet and Sacha Kljestan all but ended the contest before half-time, with Gillet's second coming from the penalty spot after 76 minutes following a foul by Frederic Frans which earned him a red card. Bottom club St Truidense drew 1-1 with Standard Liege. Reza Ghoochannejhad put the home side ahead after 50 minutes but Mohamed Tchite levelled for Standard 19 minutes later.
