Michael Lang scored a second-half winner against the club he left last month as reigning champions FC Basel fought back to record a 3-2 victory over Grasshoppers following a topsy-turvy Super League clash at Letzigrund.
Shkelzen Gashi put the leaders ahead midway through the first half but a goal apiece from Moanes Dabour and Caio turned the game in the hosts' favour.
Austria striker Marc Janko levelled matters for Basel six minutes before the break and Lang netted the winner against his former club - where he featured in 128 league games over four years - as he posted a 69th-minute goal on his debut.
Elsewhere, Young Boys remain hot on the heels of fourth-placed Lucerne as they held on for a 1-1 draw at home after they were reduced to 10 men with 25 minutes remaining.
Leonardo Bertone put the hosts ahead after 13 minutes but Dario Lezcano equalised 10 minutes before the break for a share of the spoils, while Young Boys lost Loris Benito to a second yellow card after 65 minutes.
