Besiktas slumped to a 2-0 home defeat against Kayserispor in the Turkish Super Lig today and fell to sixth place. Furkan Ozcal put the visitors ahead after 65 minutes and James Troisi sealed the win with nine minutes remaining. A win would have moved Besiktas level on points with early leaders Fenerbahce, who have taken 13 points from five games. Besiktas have ten from six and were overtaken by Orduspor, who beat Eskisehirspor 2-1. Bogdan Stancu pounced first for Orduspor with a header in the 48th minute, and Juan Culio added a second goal three minutes later with a shot that Vanja Ivesa should have kept out. Diomansy Kamara pulled one back for Eskisehirspor after 65 minutes but was then sent off with six minutes remaining. Mid-table Sivasspor and struggling Gaziantepspor, who remain without a win, played out a goalless draw.
