Cesena beat Serie B side Gubbio 3-0 this afternoon to set up a meeting with Napoli in the last-16 of the Coppa Italia. Erjon Bogdani put the hosts ahead in the 11th minute from the penalty spot after Antonio Candreva was brought down inside the area by a Gubbio defender. Yohan Benalouane made it 2-0 with 21 minutes remaining before Candreva capped off a great afternoon for Cesena at the death. The result at the Dino Manuzzi stadium was the Romagna club's third consecutive win in all competitions. Cesena visit Serie A leaders Juventus on Sunday.
