Chelsea sign Barca's Romeu

Chelsea on Thursday signed midfielder Oriol Romeu on a four-year contract from Barcelona for an undisclosed fee, the Premier League club announced. The fee was agreed 11 days ago for the midfielder. "Leaving Barca hurts, but you have to take your chances. Chelsea is a great option for me," Romeu said this week. Oriol is currently in Colombia on duty for Spain at the Under-20 World Cup.
