Rangers have agreed a fee of £1.7 million pounds ($2.7 million) with Qatari side Lekhwiya for the sale of Madjid Bougherra, manager Ally McCoist confirmed on Thursday. "There are just bits and pieces to be tied up there. I think that deal is just about done. He won't be playing against Chelsea tomorrow (Saturday)," said McCoist. Bougherra, 28, arrived in Scotland in the summer of 2008 from English club Charlton. His last game for Rangers' was Wednesday's 1-1 Champions League third qualifying round draw to Malmo which saw the Scottish giants bow out 2-1 on aggregate.
