Five Palestinian athletes are preparing for the London Olympics in intensive training camps, the head of the Palestinian Olympics committee said Tuesday. Jibril al-Rajoub said Palestine's swimming team has trained in Barcelona while the athletics team is getting ready in Qatar, adding that it was the first time Palestinian Olympic competitors were able to attend specialist training camps. The competitors will return to Palestine to see their families before heading to London on July 20. Maher Abu Rmeila will represent Palestine in Judo, Bahha Farra and Worood Sawalha will compete in athletics and Ahmad Jibril and Sabine Hazboun are on Palestine's swim team.
