Al Hilal performed recovery exercises

First squad of football returned to the daily exercises after winning over Najran yesterday in the SPL that took place in Najran City. The training session concentrated on the recovery exercises for the players who participated in yesterday match. Meantime the rest of the team performed the regular ones in attendance of Al Hilal President HRH Prince Abdulrhman Bin Musaad and Al Hilal Honor Member HRH Prince Mohammed Bin Khalid. For its part, the Technical Staff of Al Hilal rewarded the team a free day tomorrow so that the return to the work will be on Wednesday preparing for Al Ittifaq match on Saturday.
