El-Jaish , al-Gharaffah victorious in Basketball League

El Jaish and Al Gharaffah teams made deserving victories in the first round-encounters of the prestigious Qatar Basketball League 2013 -2014 on Tuesday. In the first match, El Jaish SC made a hard-fought 88-80 victory over Qatar SC at Al Rayyan indoor on Tuesday. Al Gharaffah SC recorded a comfortable 82-69 victory over Al Arabi in the second playoff. In Wednesday’s fixtures, Al Shamal will lock horns against Al Rayyan and Al Ahli will shake hands with Al Sadd. Source: Qatar Olympic Committee
