Skipper Hossam Ghaly has been left out of Ahly's squad for Monday's African Champions League game at home to Stade Malien for disciplinary reasons despite sitting down with coach Manuel Jose to resolve their dispute. Ghaly also missed the 1-0 loss at Stade Malien in the first leg of the competition's round of 16 after arguing with Portuguese boss Jose during a training session. However, Ahly were boosted by the return of full-back Ahmed Fathi after he recovered from a knee injury. The versatile player, 28, has been out of action since undergoing a knee surgery in the first week of April Ahly will be looking to overturn a 1-0 deficit when they host Stade Malien on Monday at Military Academy Stadium behind closed doors.
