President of the General Organisation for Youth and Sport (GOYS) Hesham Mohammed Al-Jowdar has called on the youth and sport community and mass media to join ranks and enhance their cooperation in order to boost the youth and sports sector, in accordance with the directives of the kingdom’s leadership and implement the plans and strategies of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS), led by Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
He stressed that constant meetings between the two sides will enable them to discuss the best ways to develop sports clubs and youth centres, in line with the directives of the SCYS’ Secretary-General Shaikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa in this regard.
This came as he received here today presidents of national clubs and youth centres, as well as media persons.
Al-Jowdar exchanged with them greetings and good-wishes on Eid Al-Fiter, and reiterated GOYS’ keen interest to contact and interact with the youth and sport community and the media.
