The UAE flag was hoisted yesterday at the Olympic Village in Korean City of Incheon ahead of the 17th Asian Games, which will kick off from September 19- October 04.
The event was attended by the UAE delegation headed by Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed Al Owais, Minister of Health, First Deputy Chairman of the National Olympic Committee, Abdullah Khalfan Mattar Al Rumaithi, U.A.E. Ambassador to South Korea.
Al Owais expressed his satisfaction about the hoisting of the UAE flag in this great Asian event, stressing his confidence in Emiratis representing the U.A.E. in this sports forum.
