France captain Thierry Dusautoir, sidelined with a knee injury, will miss Saturday's World Cup warm-up against England at the Stade de France, coach Philippe Saint-Andre revealed Monday.
The 33-year-old flanker, who sat out Saturday's 19-14 loss to the world Cup hosts at Twickenham, "will be at 100 percent on September 5" assured Saint-Andre, the date of France's final World Cup warm-up against Scotland.
Dusautoir suffered from severe bruising of the knee from training 10 days ago.
The World Cup begins on September 18 with the final on October 31 at Twickenham.
