President of the Iran Volleyball Federation Mohammad-Reza Davarzani on Wednesday voiced Iran's readiness to host the FIVB World Volleyball League in 2012. Regarding the current European economic crises and the high cost of holding such competitions, Davarzani said that Bulgaria may change its mind of hosting this global event. 'If Bulgaria changes its mind, Iran's chance for hosting the 2012 World Volleyball League would be increased,' he said. The World Volleyball League is the most prestigious annual volleyball competition. 16 of the best national teams from around the world compete for the title of World League Champions.
