Kasey Kahne won the Sprint Cup series event at Phoenix International Raceway Sunday, ending a two-year winless drought. Meanwhile, Carl Edwards and Tony Stewart stayed tightly bunched in the points battle for the Sprint Cup Series championship. Red Bull Racing's Kahne grabbed the lead with 13 laps left, collecting his 12th career victory -- but first since September 2009 -- after edging Edwards by 0.8 seconds. Edwards' second-place finish and Stewart's third-place showing allowed Edwards to maintain a three-point lead heading into next weekend's season finale at Miami. Jeff Burton came in fourth and Ryan Newman rounded out the Top 5.
