Feyenoord have confirmed midfielder Ricky van Haaren has been ruled out for six weeks with a torn ankle ligament. Van Haaren, who made seven league appearances for Feyenoord in the first half of the season, suffered the injury at the club's training camp in Marbella on Wednesday and returned to the Netherlands for treatment yesterday. "Ricky van Haaren is certainly not usable for Feyenoord for six weeks," read a statement on Feyenoord's official website. "The midfielder has a torn ankle ligament, as is shown by tests at the hospital." Feyenoord are next in league action on 22 January at VVV-Venlo.
