Tottenham Hotspur winger Aaron Lennon could be out of action for "weeks" after suffering a suspected torn hamstring in this afternoon's Premier League match against Sunderland, manager Harry Redknapp has said. Lennon limped off during the first half of Spurs' 1-0 victory over the Black Cats and Redknapp fears the injury could keep him out throughout the Christmas period and into the New Year. "Lennon felt the tear. He has no chance for Thursday," Redknapp said. "He felt it go. It will be weeks if it's a tear." The midfielder's absence will be a big flow for Tottenham, particularly as they face rivals Chelsea at White Hart Lane on Thursday.
