The 30-year-old winger is the latest injury worry for coach Manuel Pellegrini and will sit out the club's next two matches.Malaga have announced on their official website that Joaquin will face three weeks on the sidelines with an injury.A scan undergone on Wednesday revealed that Joaquin has suffered an injury to his right quadriceps, with an estimated recovery time of three weeks. That means that the former Valencia man will miss Malaga's upcoming La Liga maches against Villarreal and Real Sociedad, with the 30-year-old expected to return in time for the visit of Osasuna on December 11. The news about Joaquin's absence is the latest injury blow for fifth-placed Malaga, who learned last week that Julio Baptista will take at least four more weeks to recover from a foot problem. The Spain international missed his side's 3-1 victory against Racing Santander at the weekend and had not taken part in a training session ever since.
