Inter Milan forward Diego Milito could face another lengthy spell on the sidelines after suffering a suspected knee injury, six minutes into Thursday's Europa League tie against CFR Cluj. Milito only returned to action on Sunday after a month-long spell out due to injury. But only six minutes into the San Siro fixture on Thursday the Argentine was left writhing on the ground in pain having planted his studs into the turf and twisted and bent his knee as he fell to the ground. Milito, who has scored nine goals in 20 league appearances this campaign, was later carried off on a stretcher in tears. Inter have yet to make an official statement on the nature of Milito's injury.
