AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri has expressed his desire to remain in charge of the Serie A champions for several more years, but is aware that he will have to win more silverware if he is to keep his current job.Allegri took over at Milan in the summer of 2010 and guided them to their first league title since 2004 in his inaugural year at San Siro. "Milan are an absolutely fantastic club," Allegri was quoted as saying by Rai 1. "I would love to stay here for a long time. However, it all depends on the results we get. "We started pretty well in my first year as we won the league title. Then we went on to win the Supercoppa Italiana. I hope we can repeat that success." Milan have made a rather disappointing start to the 2011-12 Serie A campaign and currently sit 12th in the table with five points from four games.
